Bookings & Payments

How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website by filling out the quote form, via WhatsApp at +51 986 829 148, or by emailing us at reservas@cuscotransporte.com. We'll respond within 2 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash payments (Soles or US Dollars). Online payments are 100% secure.
Do I need to pay in advance?
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of service. For peak season (June-August), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
Do you provide invoices or receipts?
Yes, we issue electronic payment receipts (boleta or factura) as required. Just provide your billing information at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service with 100% refund. Between 24-48 hours, 50% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund. In case of force majeure, we evaluate each case individually.
Can I change my booking date?
Yes, you can modify the date at no additional cost with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange the change.
What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry. We monitor flights in real time and adjust pickup times at no extra charge. Just provide your flight number when booking.

Transport Services

Is the transport private or shared?
All our services are private and exclusive to you and your group. You won't share the vehicle with other passengers. This ensures greater comfort, flexibility, and safety.
What types of vehicles do you have?
We have a modern fleet including: Sedans (up to 3 passengers), SUVs (up to 4 passengers), Minivans (up to 7 passengers), Sprinters (up to 12 passengers), and tourist buses (up to 40 passengers).
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes, all our drivers are bilingual (Spanish-English) and trained in customer service. For other languages, we can arrange a translator guide in advance.
Does the price include fuel and tolls?
Yes, all our prices are all-inclusive: vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls, parking, and vehicle insurance. No hidden costs or surprises.

Tours & Excursions

Do tours include entrance fees?
It depends on the tour. Some include entrance fees and others don't. In each tour description, we clearly specify what's included. Machu Picchu tickets are always arranged separately.
Can I customize a tour?
Absolutely! We specialize in tailor-made tours. Tell us your interests, available time, and budget, and we'll design the perfect itinerary for you.
Do tours include lunch?
Full-day tours generally include a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Half-day tours don't include meals. We always indicate this in the tour description.

Do you have passenger insurance?
Yes, all our vehicles have valid SOAT insurance and passenger coverage. Additionally, our drivers have professional licenses and impeccable driving records.
What health safety measures do you have?
We implement biosecurity protocols: vehicle disinfection before and after each service, antibacterial gel available, optional mask use, and proper ventilation.
