5.1 Company commitments
Cusco Transporte is committed to providing the contracted services as confirmed in the reservation, respecting schedules, routes, and agreed conditions, using authorized vehicles and properly licensed personnel.
5.2 Limitation of liability
The maximum liability of Cusco Transporte towards the client, for any reason, shall be limited to the total amount effectively paid for the affected service. In no case shall the company be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, missed travel opportunities, or losses arising from services provided by third parties.
5.3 Situations beyond the company's control
Cusco Transporte assumes no liability for total or partial non-performance arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, road blockages, strikes, authority provisions, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In these cases, the company will promptly inform the client and, where possible, offer a reasonable alternative according to availability. See also Section 9 (Force Majeure).
Important: In the event of any unforeseeable event or force majeure, Cusco Transporte will act diligently to minimize the impact on the client, but cannot guarantee service delivery when conditions are beyond its control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers these contingencies.
